Our return policy
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return
any of the purchased from cutelook.ca in
new condition with original packaging and
accessories.
We cannot accept returns of certain items,
including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days
after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition,
is damaged, or is missing parts.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail.
If you'd like an exchange, let us know what
you want by filling in the return form.Circle
the name and address where we should send
the check or exchange. If you want it sent
to a different address, please complete
the box on the return form.
Pack and seal your return securely, in the
original package if possible, and include
the return form. We've provided a return
label as part of the return form.
We will only refund shipping charges if
we've sent the wrong item or if the item
sent is defective.
