Should you have any questions, please peruse this page or feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding our products and our company. Upon receipt of your email, our policy is to answer your question within the following 1 business day. We aim to keep you informed in a timely manner.

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the purchased from Cutelook.ca in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail address that is associated with your Cutelook.ca account.
We can only read and respond to messages in English.

We cannot re-try your credit card for you. If payment is unsuccessful more than once, or the order is more than 3 days old, the order will be canceled. If this occurs, please feel free to return to our store to place another order.

Your ordering information is completely secure. Your contact information is maintained solely for our own communications purposes. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system.

Our online catalog offers information about tangible products available for sale. All product information, descriptions and prices contained in our online catalog are provided in good faith . All orders are subject to our approval and acceptable payment methods or terms. Prices are payable in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Stocking levels and shipping times for packaged goods are estimates and are subject to contingencies that may be beyond our control. Prices do not include taxes, custom duties, express shipping or insurance.

Please be aware that most of our offerings are individually hand made products. There could be minimal variations in these crafts due to their being made individually. However this does not affect the extremely excellent quality of these crafts.
We also provide our two special place: Our design and Wonderbucks.Our design all products are made from scratch that you wouldn't find anywhere else.

Our Price
We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our website. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Wondering about shipping costs or when you'll receive an order?
Ordering an item from Cutelook.ca, we can ship to virtually any address in the world,usually delivers products via Standard International Air Parcel. This is a 10 day service to global destinations, so you can usually expect deliveries to reach you within two weeks, AFTER the time of dispatch. We also offer 3-day Express Service for an extra fee.

Shipping Methods

How much do you charge for standard shipping?
Our items are shipped direct from CA and the rest of the world! We believe in offering you the lowest shipping rate possible in order to encourage more repeat business from our customers.

Unregistered post means that your package will be sent to your shipping address and left on your doorstep if there is no one at home to receive the package. This mode of shipment does not allow for package tracking in the event of lost packages by your local post office.
Cutelook.ca shall not be held responsible in the rare event of lost packages using this mode of shipment.

Registered post means your package will be provided with a tracking number and requires a signatory to sign for your goods at your address. If there is no one to receive the goods during working hours, a delivery notification slip with be left at the recipient's address. The person needs to personally claim their package at their nearest post office using the delivery slip.

We highly recommend using "Registered" parcels as it will allow us to track your package in case of excessive delays or lost delivery. The normal time for us to track the whereabouts of lost packages is about 3 months. (This lead time is governed by the post office and not within our control).

Items on express order will usually ship in 3-4 working days instead of 4-5 working days. Our main choice of courier services is via UPS.

In the very rare event of lost packages, we will contact UPS on your behalf who will reimburse you with the full amount of your order items. Please allow up to 1 month to claim for your losses in such an instance.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Cutelook.ca depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

    Gift Messages
    Type your message in the box provided to include a personal gift message with your order. We'll print your message on a special Cutelook.ca paper, insert it in an envelope, and send it with your gift. There is a limit of one gift card per order. Cutelook.ca does not charge anything for including a gift message. Gift Messages are limited to a total of 150 characters.

    Gift Receipts
    Check the "include a gift receipt" box and we include a receipt that lists the items but not their prices. Items can be exchanged or returned with a gift receipt.

    Gift Packaging
    Select your gift packaging during checkout. Simply check "Include Gift Box?" under gift services, then choose packaging that you want.

    Gift Boxes: For a $3.99 charge per box, we'll package your order in a gift box with a ribbon. Our packaging experts will select the gift box size that fits your order perfectly. All packages are then sent to one selected shipping address.

    Gift paper:For a $1.00 charge per gift.

    Delivery Time
    When you place an order with Cutelook.ca, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.

    Check Out
    All the items that you have in your cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your cart first. When you click "Check out" we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

    Tax Policy
    Cutelook.ca collects sales or use tax in defferent area.
    Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable provience/state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the tax rate on your invoice, please call us anytime at 1-877-733-9752.

    Payment Methods
    We are unable to accept checks,cash or credit vouchers.Cutelook.ca accepts Paypaul (American Express, MasterCard, Visa).
    If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

    Invoices
    We'll write an invoice for any order you have placed with Cutelook.ca.

    Out Of Stock Items
    Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock , we include an out-of-stock notification paper when we ship your order and alert you in your shipping notification email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill. We are unable to accept back orders through Cutelook.ca at this time; however, we will be happy to take your back order by phone if you call 1-877-733-9752.

    Problem With An Order

    How do I exchange items?
    The best way to arrange for an exchange is e-mail or send return form to our customer service that will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

    What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
    All solid products are carefully wrapped with extreme care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that you encounter goods damage, you may contact our customer service.
    VERY IMPORTANT! - Please fill in this "Return Form" and include it within your return parcel, if you choose to return the package to us.

    *IMPORTANT! - When you ship your goods back, please declare the package value as or less. This will help remove any customs tax liabilities on our end when receiving your return items. It will also help to reduce delay in processing your returns.

    Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to cutelook.ca?
    In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us,unless the return is the result of our error, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you.Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for each item before you finalize your order.

    Can I get a refund?
    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.You will be eligible for a refund claim within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion are NOT eligible for refunds.

    Reviewing & Changing Your Orders
    You can review the details and status of any order you have placed via Your Account. For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable.

    You can also make changes to orders from cutelook.ca that have not yet entered the shipping process. You cannot change the details for orders shipped by Cutelook.ca.

    Please note: Whenever you make a change to an order via Your Account, such as modifying the shipping options, address, or items, our system re-evaluates our inventory to determine the best fulfillment plan for your order given the new information. Therefore, any changes you make may affect the estimated delivery date for your order.

    Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, it is impossible to locate and make changes to any package once it has entered the shipping process.

    Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
    If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact us to see if we can have this part shipped directly to you. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.

    Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?
    Visit our Return policies, you will see a list of items in your order where you can indicate items that you didn't order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.

    Are you missing an item?
    Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfillment centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit the relevant order summary in Your Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.

    Wondering where your order is?
    If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in Your Account. Here you will find updated availability information, estimated delivery dates, and even shipment tracking numbers when the carrier has made them available.

    E-mail us include as much information as possible, such as the nature of the defect or damage or the name of any missing items.

    Our Return Policy

  • We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

    Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
    If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the return form.Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the return form.

    Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. We've provided a return label as part of the return form.

    We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

    Disputes Cutelook.ca wants every order to go as smoothly as possible, but in rare cases, disputes will occur.
    You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out. A deduction of 5% bank service fee will be imposed for cancelled orders to offset the charges of online credit card payment gateways. We shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
